The accelerator
Every week opens with a deliverable and closes with a hard question. By week twelve, you know whether you're building a business or holding onto an idea.
How it started
At the Bitplebs Summit in Goa, I watched ten teams pitch real ideas. Most couldn't answer one question: how will this make money? That gap became the accelerator.
How it works
Each week opens with a deliverable and closes with an honest update: what worked, what didn't, what's needed. Every team tracks its own North Star. It ends with a pitch day in the Himalayas, real bitcoin on the line.
The cohort
Nine teams went through cohort one, in India.
Cohort two
Cohort one proved the format in India: nine teams, twelve weeks, real bitcoin on the line. Cohort two takes the same twelve weeks and the same hard questions to Africa, starting January 2027.
